The active ingredient in Dominion 2L is Imidacloprid 21.4, which is a neonicotinoid, which is a class of neuro-active imodeled after nicotine. This product has been recommended for years against termites and ants, and it continues to prove effective. Ants and termites can’t detect the Dominion 2L , so they crawl through it, and unknowingly track it back to the nest. Once there it eliminates the entire colony. As far as termite control, an average house would need 100 gallon yield, using 4 gallons per 10 linear feet. The exterior perimeter label of Dominion 2L which allows you to focus your treatments where termite infestations are most likely to occur . Dominion 2L also works well on plants against Wooly Adelgids and Emerald Ash Borers.
