This is only for decal overlay, there is no metal or plastic plate included for listing. Clear overlay is for new plates or polished plates, as it is clear and will show plate underneath. Brushed steel background badge are designed for covering plates that are not in good shape, or they can be applied to new plates if you want the brushed metal look.
