A vibrant, easy-to-grow Asian heirloom variety known for its striking bubblegum-pink stalks and aromatic leaves. Pink celery has an aromatic herbal scent with a crunchy robust flavor that’s lightly sweet and contains notes of anise.
T his very rare heirloom leaf celery grows in a dense bush of regular celery shaped leaves, topping pinkish red stems. Celery is normally classed as a biennial, but will continue to grow, after going to seed in the second year.
