Black Mustard (Brassica Nigra) – This annual culinary herb is well-known as the old-fashioned mustard that gave the condiment its start. Quickly grown from Mustard seeds, the Mustard plant produces herb seeds which are ground and used to spice many different foods. The mustard seeds are small, hard and vary in color from dark brown to black. Black Mustard is more powerful in flavor than yellow mustard, but it is not grown commercially due to the difficulty of harvesting with equipment because of the irregularity of plant size. Plant specifications The Black Mustard herb plant has a sturdy stalk with wrinkled, lobed, and dark green leaves. Yellow, 4-petaled flowers appear on spikes in early summer. Both the seed and the greens of this herb plant are used. The greens can be cooked or steamed, but as the summer gets hotter, the greens get stronger with a bitter taste. Black Mustard plants are often grown in two crops during the season to keep a supply of the young greens. Black Mustard seeds come in the summer heat as the plant bolts. The plant size can vary from 24 inches to 72 inches in height, depending on the conditions where it is growing. Start Mustard seeds directly outdoors a couple of weeks before the end of frost season. Welcome you to Smartbuyforever! We are a leading Seeds provider for many years! We provide fresh and high-quality Heirlooms seeds, NON-GMO and organic seeds to home gardeners and other’s Growers! Our main offerings: Hundreds of heirloom, rare, beautiful flowers and Herbs and Vegetables seeds. Especially we provide hard to find Herb and flowers seeds! DUKAT DILL SEEDS (Anethum graveolens) QTY: 500 seeds Dill is a fern-like, fragrant plant with a great flavor. In addition to its fragrant foliage, dill also produces yellow blooms that can be used in bouquets, or the green ferns can be used as filler. Dill can reach up to 3 feet tall. Before Planting: Dill grows best sown directly into the garden in the early spring after the last frost. To ensure a continuous harvest, plant dill seeds every 10 days up until the early summer. Dill also can be planted in containers, like most herbs, but a deep pot should be used to accommodate for the herb’s deep roots. Planting: Plant seeds ¼ inch deep and 18 inches apart. Watering: Water regularly. Be careful not to over-water and allow the soil to go dry between watering Fertilizer: Similar to most herbs dill does not require fertilizing to grow. In the late spring, a light feeding of a 5-10-5 fertilizer will encourage the dill to grow without being overbearing. If dill is grown in a container, use a liquid fertilizer but only use half of the label’s recommended strength. Fertilize container dill every four to six weeks. Days to Maturity: Dill is ready to harvest any time before its yellow, umbrella-like flowers begin to open. (See each variety for days to maturity) Harvesting: Once dill is ready to harvest, you can snip individual stems or pull up the entire plant. To save the dill seeds, cut the dill four inches below the flower head once seeds begin to turn brown. Hang the clippings upside down in paper bags to catch the seeds as they dry and fall out. Tips: Since dill can grow so tall, shelter it from wind or add a stake to the stem to support the plant as it grows higher. 1000++ Greek Oregano Seeds | Attracts Butterflies, Aromatic – Herbs Seeds USA

Greek Oregano Seeds | Attracts Butterflies, Aromatic – Herbs USA The Greek Oregano is a popular herb with an excellent flavor that is a must for many Italian dishes like fish, pizza, tomato sauce and dressings. This perennial has a stronger and more aromatic fragrance than the common oregano and is known for its culinary and ornamental uses. Planting instructions Sowing: Start Greek Oregano seeds indoors about 2 months before the last spring frost, sowing them just below the surface of the soil and keeping the temperature at 65-70 degrees F. Provide at least six hours of sunlight, and keep the soil moist when the seedlings appear. Transplant them as soon as they grow big enough to handle or after the last chance of frost, spacing them 12-15″ apart. Oregano thrives in fairly dry soil and full sun. To direct sow, plant Origanum Vulgare Hirtum seeds and thin the seedlings to 12-15″ apart. As a companion plant, Greek oregano repels the harmful cabbage butterfly. This herb also grows well as a container plant. Growing: Greek oregano actually has the most flavorful taste if left alone, with minimal watering and no fertilization. For the best tasting leaves, keep the tops pruned to prevent flowering and to keep the leaves tender. Harvesting: Fresh leaves can be harvested as soon as the plant reaches a height of 6″. The best time for harvesting leaves is in the morning after the dew has dried. Harvest entire stalks by cutting them at least 1″ above the ground to allow for new growth. Fresh leaves will keep in the refrigerator for about five days, but can also be frozen or dried. Because heat tends to destroy the flavor of oregano, it should be added to hot food immediately before serving. Unlike most herbs, dried oregano leaves tend to have a much stronger flavor than fresh ones. Seed Saving: Harvest Greek Oregano seed heads individually as soon as they begin to turn brown and dry, and spread them out to finish drying in a protected location out of direct sunlight. Thresh out Origanum Vulgare Hirtum seeds by rubbing or shaking the heads, and remove as much chaff as possible. Store Greek Oregano Seeds in a cool, dry place for up to 1 year. Latin Name: Origanum vulgare hirtum Type: Open Pollinated, Heirloom, Warm Season Life Cycle: Perennial USDA Zones: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 Planting Method: From Transplant Sunlight: Full Sun, Part Sun Height: 20 Inches Color: Green Bloom Season: Blooms Early Summer, Blooms Late Summer Uses: Attracts Butterflies, Aromatic Free Shipping: All orders are shipped by USPS First Class Mail. Fenugreek Seeds | 100 Seeds | NON-GMO | Heirloom | Fresh Garden Seeds- USA

FENUGREEK SEEDS Trigonella foenum-graecum QTY: 100 seeds When to Plant Fenugreek Seeds Start Fenugreek outdoors directly after the last frost of the season. Fenugreek does not transplant well, so starting indoors is not recommended. Where to Plant Fenugreek Seeds Plant Fenugreek in areas with rich, moist, well draining, slightly acidic soils with access to full sun (6-8 hours of sun per day). How to Plant Fenugreek Seeds Plant 3-4 seeds 4-8 inches apart in moist soil, buried approximately 1/4 to 1/2 of an inch deep. Seeds can be soaked overnight before planting to increase the germination rate. Keep the soil moist during the germination process. How to Harvest Fenugreek Once plants are 3-4 weeks old, they can be harvested whole as microgreens or trimmed for their leaves. Leaves can be eaten fresh or dried for later use. Trimming plants back will encourage bushier growth. Depending on when they were harvested and the surrounding temperature, Fenugreek leaves will become more or less bitter, with hotter days leading to more bitter leaves. Seed pods can also be harvested and the seeds themselves can be kept and eaten.
